Safe Play Disciplinary List

The individuals below are subject to measures imposed by the United States Tennis Association Incorporated (USTA) and/or the U.S. Center for SafeSport pursuant to its authority under the Bylaws of the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, the Protecting Young Victims from Sexual Abuse and SafeSport Authorization Act of 2017, and the USTA. This list also contains individuals who have been reported for Sexual Misconduct as defined in the U.S.Center for SafeSport Code, but who fall outside of the jurisdiction of the USTA and/or the U.S. Center for SafeSport and such report has been verified through publicly available records.  By accessing this information, you agree to and accept the USTA’s terms of use. 

This list does not include the names of individuals suspended by the United States Anti-Doping Agency, the Tennis Integrity Unit, or ineligible as a result of the USTA Safe Play background screen.  A list of individuals suspended or banned by the U.S. Center for SafeSport in all other sports can be found HERE. 

*According to publicly available records, this individual has been arrested or charged with a crime of a sexual nature. A charge is a formal allegation that a crime has occurred and is different than a conviction, which is a determination of guilt. USTA monitors these matters on a regular basis and will update the status as information becomes available.
