Christian Harrison wins first Grand Slam doubles title at 2026 Australian Open

Harrison began his 2026 season by earning three United Cup wins for the USA, all tie-clinching doubles triumphs alongside Coco Gauff. The 31-year-old then reached the Adelaide semifinals in his first tournament with Skupski before going all the way in Melbourne.

In the final, Harrison and former world No. 1 Skupski rattled off four straight points from 3-4 in the tiebreak to take the opening frame, having let a 5-2 lead slip in the set. The American-British pair made an early break stand up in set two, with Harrison's ace on their second match point sparking the celebrations.
